This one is on me. At my last job I decided I was over it so I started applying to new positions. On all of my applications one day (autofill) I used my work email… like my email to my current workplace. This probably wouldn’t have been an issue if I wasn’t in sales, but my boss was checking my emails…

Maybe it’s not the worst, but it’s so embarrassing when you address a client by the wrong name in an email. They always respond with “did you mean to send this to someone else” or “are you sending the same emails to multiple people.” The answer is yes, but they didn’t have to know that lol.
