My coworker is mad at me for “stealing her work.” We were working on a project together and I just happened to be the one that was able to present it. I put her name on the presentation and didn’t technically take credit for any of her ideas. Shouldn’t her problem be with our boss - the one who asked only me to present?
If y’all worked on the project together you should’ve asked your boss if y’all could present it together, period.

I think it’s important to vouch for your coworker if y’all put in the same amount of work. At the same time it shouldn’t be that big of a deal.

Some people are uncomfortable presenting. We all have our strengths and opportunities. I do find concern with the description of not “technically” taking credit. That’s a weird way to phrase it; either you minimized her contribution and dismissed her or you didn’t.
