Are y’all honest in your performance reviews? Do you say everything you’re thinking?
I feel like there’s some sort of pressure to not be truthful, does anyone else feel this way?

I hold back a little bit, I always get scared the person I’m reviewing is going to see it. You’re not alone.
I feel like I’m pretty honest. At the same time, my projects aren’t overly difficult and my boss is an alright lady so I feel like I’m even able to be honest.
