Things I did say in an exit email:
- You should focus on your employees more
- It should be embarrassing that you’re dodging paying me
- My coworkers are misreable
Be no company’s peace
I would tell them that I deserve an award for putting up with their BS for as long as I did.
I would tell them to self-reflect, because maybe the turnover rate isn’t the employees, maybe it’s them
to kick rocks, literally
