I think that if you are doing your job well, not even excelling, well, that you should get a raise every year. At least to keep up with inflation, but I guess then it just plays into inflation more I don’t know.
Ideally, yes, that should be how it works. But I sadly feel that the way most corporations function, they just overlook most of us.
