Every time my old boss would mess up he would kind of pass the blame on to everyone else, and tell us that we needed to learn from his mistake. For example: he had a deal that didn’t close, that we had nothing to do with, he would tell us that it’s our fault for not handling the pipeline better and that’s the reason he didn’t close??? How can you be so oblivious?

Had a boss who was a addicted gambler. He lost his house and owe countless debt to loan sharks this way. About a dozen times, our boss would sometimes hide in the restroom and twice squeezed himself into a storage drawer when loan shark enforcers would show up at our office to look for him. Eventually once day, the boss just stopped showing up. Never seen him since
