sometimes I feel like my boss has absolutely no idea what they’re talking about, like there’s no thoughts behind the delegation of tasks they’re just being delegated because “it’s their job”

I’ve actually had the problem of my bosses thinking they know way more than they actually do
I think most bosses are like this and its upsetting because you could probably do their job.
My boss will tell me to complete a task. I would have a discussion with with the company lead for the project on how it is supposed to be handled. my boss will say I did it wrong.
