I recently found out (thank you, accidentally forwarded email :folded_hands:) that the new hire I trained, literally sat with for hours showing them how to do the basics is making $12,000 more than me.

Same title. Same team. No extra responsibilities.

When I asked my manager about a raise, they said, “Now’s not the right time to revisit compensation conversations.”

I’m DEFINITELY not paid enough.
